Online Training Courses and Exam Simulators: If for some reason you're dissatisfied at any time during the first 7 days after your initial purchase of any online training courses or exam simulators, simply ask for a full refund. You'll get your money back. That's a firm promise and commitment. (7 day free trial purchase dates begin as of the date of you initiated the free trial)

Downloadable Products: Due to the nature of digital and downloadable products there is no way we can accept returns or refunds once the download has been delivered.

Physical Products (books, manuals etc): If for some reason you're dissatisfied at any time during the first 30 days after your purchase of a training manual or book and you wish to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy, send an email to admin[at] to request your refund. Any physical products should be shipped at your expense to the address listed below, must include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make a refund, and the products should be in merchantable condition (i.e. we could resell them because they're in good condition). Returned physical products are subject to a re-stocking fee equivalent to 20 % of the purchase price.
